Storyboard

This is the storyboard for our trailer and the general idea for the shots in our trailer and in which order they are going to be in. Alex put this storyboard together from our groups imaginations and perceptions of what the final trailer should look like.

We plan for the trailer to open with an establishing shot of the party scene to give the impression of a relaxed, happy and completely normal environment. The next shot will be the proposal between Mia and Brett and then back to a shot of the crowd cheering and clapping, keeping up the positive and light atmosphere. Then a series of close ups are used to portray the realisation of Mia spotting her ex-boyfriend moving through the crowd, and her shock, before having to compose herself as she realises all eyes are still on her and comes to the conclusion that she was most likely seeing things. Mia and Brett then leave the party and head to their car to drive home. They stop at a petrol station on the way home, by this time it is fairly late and the dark skies set a pathetic fallacy of being in the dark and apprehensive.
